When clinically low testosterone is treated properly, a lot of men notice the same pattern: more in the tank, clearer in the head and more present in their lives.
These are commonly reported shifts by patients.
You don’t need to show up anywhere. You control the flow: a test kit is delivered to your home or workplace, you send it back for a real lab analysis, you schedule an online meeting with a licensed doctor, and if it’s right for you, the once-a-day pills are sent to you regularly.

The questions most guys ask before getting serious about their testosterone. This isn’t medical advice – final decisions are always made by your doctor.
T·TIME is a program that connects you with licensed doctors who can prescribe an oral medication to increase your testosterone when it’s clinically right for you. It’s prescription treatment, not an over-the-counter booster or “test” supplement.
T·TIME is designed for adult men with symptoms that may be related to low testosterone – things like low energy, low drive, brain fog, reduced strength or changes in body composition. Your blood work together with the symptoms you describe to the doctor will guide the final decision about your real medical need.
You complete a short online medical intake and sign up to receive an at-home blood test kit. After your sample is processed, a U.S.-licensed physician reviews your results online. If treatment is medically appropriate, your prescription ships to your door on a subscription basis. If you’re not eligible for treatment, you won’t be charged.
If your lab results, symptoms, or medical history don’t support safe testosterone treatment, the physician will explain why and may suggest next steps with your own doctor. In that case, you won’t be charged.
Testosterone boosting can be safe and effective for the right men under proper medical supervision, but it isn’t risk-free. That’s why we require blood work, review your history and schedule twice-a-year follow-ups for dose adjustments and monitoring. Your doctor will walk you through potential risks and side effects before prescribing anything.
Possible side effects can include things like changes in mood, headaches, nausea, hot flashes, among others. Your doctor will go over what to watch for and how often your labs should be checked. If something doesn’t feel right, you’ll be able to reach out and adjust the plan.
Some men notice changes in energy or drive within a few weeks; others feel more gradual shifts over a few months. Increasing your testosterone levels is not a magic wand – it’s one part of a bigger picture that still includes sleep, nutrition, stress and movement. Your doctor will review expectations and timelines with you.
Right now T·TIME operates as a cash-pay program so you know the full price up front. Some men may be able to use HSA/FSA funds for parts of their care, but that depends on your plan and location. We’ll always show clear pricing before you commit.
Your subscription covers the full care-plan period selected at checkout. You can choose not to renew at the end of the plan. Anything already shipped is yours, and no future shipments or charges will occur.
Your information, lab results and visit notes are handled through secure, healthcare-grade systems (complying with HIPAA - Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act). Only you, your care team and the pharmacy involved in your prescription can access your medical data, in line with applicable privacy laws and regulations.
